Registration is open to ages 8-14 years old and parents only. This registration is for one Flex Pass. If you would like to sign up another participant, you will have to purchase another Flex Pass. Parents and child have to have their own Flex Pass to participate in Family Archery. A Flex Pass comes with 5 classes that you can use from April 13 - June 15 for any of our Saturday classes as long as there is space. In order to use your flex pass, you have to reserve your class date ahead of time using a Calendly link that the admin team will send to you. Unused Flex Pass days will automatically roll over to the next season, allowing you to enjoy our services whenever it suits you best. For instance, any unused days from Fall will seamlessly roll into Winter, New Winter Flex Pass days will transition into Spring, and New Spring Flex Pass days will roll into Fall. However, please note that if these days remain unused after the initial roll over, they will expire. We want to make sure you get the most out of your Flex Pass, so be sure to take advantage of it!

Please be advised that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the credit associated with your booking. Your cooperation allows us to offer your spot to others who may want to join. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you encounter any challenges. Thank you for your understanding

If you need to miss a session for whatever reason, we cannot offer make up days. The cost of the program includes one weather cancellation. However, if there are subsequent cancellations due to weather after the first one, a credit of 50% of that day will be applied to your account. This means that for every cancellation beyond the initial one, you will receive a 50% credit for that day. 

All sales are final and nonrefundable, though some conditions may merit program credit. We do not offer refunds or credits for health related absences.
